XOOP Cash-On-Delivery services allow you to sell your product all across Pakistan.

It is as simple as signing up for our services, and allowing us to deliver your products to your targeted customers. We collect your cash from your customers on your behalf. You will receive your payment within one payment cycle of a minimized time period.

The XOOP C.O.D. Advantage
We offer state of the art facilities that allow you maximum flexibility in managing your shipments. You can use our online booking portal to enter your product details and customer information, which allows you to control delivery accuracy. To save time, we also offer API integration services linked with your online store.

XOOP will only accept legal and genuine products to be distributed through our C.O.D services.

Booking of Shipments:
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure recipient payment at the time of product drop-off and not the responsibility of your XOOP representative. Cheques, P.O., Demand Draft will not be accepted as modes of payment; only cash payment can be made. If the recipient fails to produce required cash payment at the time of delivery, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to the customer. The customer will be responsible for paying any courier charges for such shipments. In case such a shipment is rebooked for the same recipient, it will be charged via a new airway bill at the time of the second booking.

Delivery of Shipments:
Delivery of shipments will be arranged within 2 working days after a XOOP representative has received the shipment. XOOP will not accept shipments where the amount to be collected is more than Rs.30, 000 per order. The collection amount at the time of order delivery will equal the amount indicated on the C.O.D. stamp.

Reimbursement of collected amount:
Reimbursement of collected amount will take place through a formal invoice submitted to us. We will reimburse the payment, less Delivery Amount due to XOOP , within 15 business days.

The Consignment Note:
By signing this contract, the customer agrees to the complete terms and conditions mentioned in this consignment note.

The customer must warrant that he/she is the owner, or the authorized agent of the owner of the goods transported by us, and thus has accepted XOOP technologies terms and conditions on behalf of the owner, or as an owner, or on behalf of any other person having an interest in the goods being transported.

Customer Obligations and Acknowledgments
The customer warrants that each article in the shipment is properly described in the XOOP consignment note and the shipment details are complete and accurate. The customer must make sure that the shipment is not declared as an unacceptable item by XOOP, and that the shipment is properly marked and packed to ensure safe transportation within a standard handling environment.

Right of Inspection

XOOP Technologies has the right, but not the obligation, to inspect any shipment, including opening the shipment, for any reason and at any time.

Customer Insurance Coverage

  • Only FIR and covering documents will be provided for insurance purposes. XOOP Technologies does not provide insurance coverage unless purchased separately at the time of booking.
  • The customer can purchase Transit insurance separately. In case of any losses the customer can contact the insurance company for coverage. XOOP Technologies bears no responsibility for loss/damage of items.
  • Insurance Coverage for the customer is available if required, for a nominal fee.

Additional Information

  • A Copy of your NTN /CNIC copy will be required for C.O.D account activation
  • Weight of Shipment will be calculated based on the following:

Volumetric weight=Length * Width * Height / 5000 Centimeters

  • You must provide the exact and actual value of any shipment at the time of booking

Line of Goods Shipped
XOOP Technologies shall have a lien on any goods shipped for all freight charges, duties, advances, or any other charges resulting due to the transportation of the goods. XOOP has full legal rights for procession of the goods until such charges are paid.
